A transparent, inorganic nano-scale protective layer fused onto stainless steel. Easier to clean · More heat resistant · Longer lasting — while keeping the metal's natural look and feel.
Every claim below is demonstrated on camera, filmed on real cookware from our line.
What MARSCOAT® nano film is, and why it changes stainless steel cookware.
The film is machine-sprayed onto the cookware body in our own surface-treatment line, then cured.
The surface stays bright after high-heat cooking — verified at 500 °C for 2 hours in lab testing.
A fresh egg lifts cleanly off the surface — no oil pooling, no scraping.
Grease and residue rinse away under plain water, no scrubbing.
Surface hardness above 9H (pencil scale) — stands up to daily utensils and cleaning.
Inorganic film with food-contact compliance — lead & cadmium migration passed (FDA CPG 545.400/545.450).
Super-hydrophilic surface — water spreads into a film instead of beading.
GB/T 6739-2022 — harder than most conventional non-stick coatings.
GB/T 9286-2021 cross-cut (5B by ASTM D3358) — the best grade.
Cured at 190–290 °C; transparent and colourless.
GB/T 2423.2 coating adhesion durability at 500 °C.
KSL 2016 — optically clear, keeps the steel's own look.
E. coli >99.0% and S. aureus >99.9% reduction rates.
Meets FDA, LFGB and China food-contact standards.
MARSCOAT® is a hydrophilic, inorganic nano coating applied through a controlled process that seals the micro-pores of stainless steel with a dense, transparent protective layer.
Unlike traditional non-stick coatings, the film does not change the color or texture of the steel — it simply upgrades its surface performance.

Water wets the surface first, so grease and residue release with a quick rinse — everyday cleaning takes seconds, with less detergent and less water.

Tolerates normal cooking temperatures and resists yellowing or discoloration over long-term use — the cookware keeps its original metal look.

A dense, durable surface that stands up to scratching, water stains, salt and common acids — built to handle everyday cooking for longer.
Higher surface hardness and abrasion resistance — daily use leaves fewer visible marks and extends service life.
Meets food-contact material requirements — cooking stays worry-free.
Multiple performance gains work together to keep the surface stable — it stays clean-looking through years of use.

Even heat for stir-frying, easy release and clean-up after high-temperature cooking.

Quick searing with easier turning and rinsing — the biggest day-to-day win.

Long simmering without stubborn stains or limescale buildup.

Small formats for heating and sauces — cleaned in seconds.

Full multi-piece programs with consistent finish across every piece.

Fish pans, roasters and irregular forms — the treatment follows the geometry.
Specific performance refers to the valid test report of each model, conditions of use and warranty terms.

Internal test report No. YB-D-(CS)-N-2-0 (2026-09-30) — sample: 28 cm titanium wok with nano ceramic inorganic coating, film thickness 5–12 μm. All six checks passed.
| Test | Procedure | Requirement | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Non-stick (fried egg) | Heat to 120–140 °C, add fresh egg, keep 120–180 °C until white sets, lift with a plastic or wooden spatula | Whole egg lifts without sticking | Pass |
| Heat-resistant non-stick | Heat to 300±5 °C, hold 30 min, cool, then fry an egg | Whole egg lifts without sticking | Pass |
| Adhesion / cross-cut + tape | 11 lines × 11 lines at 1.0 mm to substrate (bottom, wall, curve), 3M tape pulled 6 times at 90° | No full square flaking off | Pass |
| Scratch resistance | Coin scraped back and forth 100 times at 2.5–3.5 kg force | No obvious scratches | Pass |
| Dry-fire cycling | Dry-fire to 300±10 °C, quench in cold water, repeat 20 cycles | No obvious yellowing | Pass |
| Anti-yellowing (boiling) | Boil water at maximum heat for 3 hours, topping up continuously | No obvious yellowing inside or out | Pass |
